Our Implementation Plan begins with a one-week Project Kickoff, followed by two weeks of Stakeholder Meetings. A three-week Needs Assessment phase precedes a four-week Solution Design stage. Resource Allocation and Training Sessions span two and three weeks, respectively, leading to a two-week Pilot Implementation. The critical Full Implementation phase lasts four weeks, ensuring a comprehensive rollout. User Feedback and Iteration take three weeks, followed by two weeks for Finalization and Documentation. Finally, on February 15, 2024, we mark the Project Review and Closure milestone, wrapping up our implementation journey.

About Gantt charts
Gantt charts, named after Henry Gantt, aid in project organization and monitoring, showcasing task timelines, durations, and overlaps. They're versatile tools used across industries, offering an overview of project lifecycles, beneficial for planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. These charts assist in scheduling, dependency identification, and progress visualization, enhancing task management and resource allocation for effective project execution.
